Run-Fast Marathon
& Endurance Running

Marathon and Endurance running is a real challenge, whether you are a relative beginner or an experienced club runner there remains much to learn and do in order to improve your performances.

You will already know the mental and physical effort that goes into the sport. It reflects the highs and lows, the good days and the bad days that we, as runners, all undergo, whatever our level of experience.

Whilst everyone is looking for their next PB very few would claim to have done enough or know enough to achieve their personal goals. Well, Run-Fast are here to help you in your quest. The Run-Fast Group has brought together the very best line up of speakers available on this subject in a program of two great seminars so don’t miss out.

You will be able to listen to and learn from the finest Olympic coaches and athletes whose experiences have been hard won.  Chaired by Peter McHugh De Clare of Run-Fast, topics covered will include training schedules, mental preparation, injury prevention, hydration, nutrition & diet, racing kit, tapering, pacing and race day preparation & implementation.

In addition to the presentations there will be an open Q&A session when you will be able to voice your own personal concerns and learn from the panel’s wealth of experiences.
